I would bet that last night alone in “good crop area” a hundred thousand acres were lost alone in NW Sask
let alone SE Sask gauging by radar

and that’s only one out out 4 hail storms in NW Sask alone

For grain buyers if you think for those with crop left are going to sell at these absurd low prices if they don’t have too , your going to be very very lonely at your desk wondering why we are not giving our crops away .
just a little heads up if You think the trucks will just show up in you driveway at these absurd low prices .

My question is to industry people , would you show up for 1/4 the pay of what your wage is ??? Cause that is what most net incomes will be or less to a loss
food for thought as we see others all around us go on strike constantly for more benefits, more time off , more sick leave, more parent leave , more this more that ….. never once ever lost money at their job but cry like babies that they can’t match inflation …… wow

We will be told again and again, these prices are at historical highs, the crop is big. The list goes on and on.

Parts to keep going are out of control. Went and bought a little cylinder for JD HD745 it controls the float pressure …. $750 ABSURD!!

This industry is so far GONE!

Pea harvest is slowly progressing here... short days. tough grinding for what's there.

Currently cleaning every morning what I bring home during the day on account of grasshopper guts. Trailers will have to be scrubbed when I'm done as they are an oily disgusting mess. There's no way I could safely bin this shit even with air. Best yield was one field just short of 25, worst is the one Im on now that's somewhere between 10 and 15. Alot of places you're processing material with nothing coming into the tank.
