How does CWB Define Farmer Dis-Satisfaction?

    Quote
CWB enhanches accountability, includes performance measures in new annual report

Winnipeg - In its ongoing pursuit of best practices and accountability to farmers, the CWB has published key performance measures and an expanded Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) section in its 2005-06 annual report, which is now available.

“This is the first year that operational effectiveness measures have been included in the annual report and the results speak for themselves,” said CWB president and CEO Greg Arason.

“This organization must be accountable to farmers in the clearest possible way. By developing and publishing these measures, the CWB is striving to ensure that accountability is transparent, results-based and quantifiable.”

Operational effectiveness is one subset of CWB performance measures introduced to assess corporate and individual employee performance.

Other measures include a Farmer Satisfaction Index, a Customer Satisfaction Index and an Employee Satisfaction Index."
