Where they put the vents on a bin like that is too low and it won’t let the heat out. Neighbor has some with no vents, built with every crack sealed with silicone, and they like to keep the lids closed. Sure rots a lot of grain those bins. Open the lids for weeks.

Other thing to consider is an exhaust fan on the top opening. 1/2 or 3/4hp is plenty to keep air moving when trying to cool.
Neighbor here had westeel engineer the required bracing, then installed a 10hp fan on the top of a 35Kbu bin. If its below freezing outside he can make it snow...
