Good morning. And good luck to all the deer hunters may the big massive buck be with you.
Wtf happened to grain prices? We are on our way to a .65cent dollar and are being paid less than the USA farmer is getting. No exchange is in place.
Woke up and it's cooler in Edmonton.
Good to see family last night.
Farm sales are increasing and the larger the farm doesn't matter. If it's in an area that grows crops it's sold in 5 days.
If you farm in areas that get rain your land is going up if you are in year 5 of drought it's peaked.
Rent is staying high for now but our costs to grow a crop are going up.
The fertilizer blend is up a lot this fall. All delivered early because of pro coat.
Anhydrous is holding but who knows?
Round-up is lower so far.
Trudeau gives Canadians who make under $157000 a GST break for Christmas. But 10 days after we get whooped with a carbon tax increase again.
He is sick and the liberals remind me of the Democrats, they can't see that the public is sick of the bullshit. You can't bribe people anymore.
Call the ****ing election already.

Oh, Corteva I think has a wheat that's in development that is a good 10% higher yield and drought tolerant.
It needs to be 30% better if we're going to go the canola seed bs way.
Canola hit a plateau and now we overpay for seed that just can't take July heat.
The wheat shit show will be the same.
