Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year. It's a great time to reflect on the year and to make plans for the new year, both work and play related. I'm thankful for the new generation coming up around here. Their energy and joy of life are infectious. May you and your family be healthy, safe and content. I had a trucker through this week and before he drove away he said "Jesus loves you". RIP Tom4cwb. Cheers.

Merry Christmas to all. It was the best year ever because Trump kicked the woke jokers. Canadians are looking forward to another house cleaning here. We’re in a way better spot than last year.
Lots of snow around here makes for run off in the spring. Just gotta move it around a little all winter. Kids and parents can have lots of outdoor fun over the holidays as temperatures hover around zero. What could be finer? The good Lord took a liking to us. Best Wishes Sumdumguy

One of the British Islands (Barbados ?) recently converted from a constitutional monarchy to a republic.
The yapper should send Vicky on a fact finding mission on how to do it as soon as he gets elected.

Merry Christmas everyone
It’s a bit of mixed emotions around here. My dad passed away Dec 7 after getting diagnosed with esophageal cancer at the end of August. We were thankful that he only spent two weeks in hospice care and they were wonderful to him and us. He’d been feeling off and tired since the spring but was chalking it up to old age. Got harvest done and dad still did part days on a combine but really got behind on the cow stuff. Still haven’t weaned, preg tested, got critters moved, or things organized for winter.
His last project that he wanted to see completed was getting a bigger fuel tank to get super b loads delivered. Ironically the first load got delivered a few days after he passed. I think this is the last picture I have of him working.
Just finished all the chores and heading off to the in-laws for dinner and my amazing wife is driving so I got some downtime. The kids are taking the loss well which is great.
Gonna miss my mentor, business partner, friend, and dad Barry
Take care everyone and enjoy the season

Condolences woodland.
The 4 petri dishes that we have around here have kept Mr, and Mrs Helmsdale under the weather for the last couple weeks. Seems like you no sooner feel better from one bug and you end up catching another. Kids power through... Youngest had the stomach flu and he'd just grip either side of the bowl and giver shit, then when his belly felt better he'd head to the kitchen table and demand food! Then that'd roll around for maybe half an hour and right back to the bowl. Rinse... Repeat...
Currently wrapping my two oldest boys "first" toolboxes with goodies to be wrapped inside. Mrs and the kids are off to church but I can barely talk so decided to stay home and do some of the wrapping that usually takes place after midnight. No way either of us is making midnight tonight.
Santa wants a hot toddy, some buckleys, and enough pain killers to sleep till at least 7am.
Merry Christmas
