If we have this abrupt right turn to we all together love Canada face, we actually have to decide what Canada defends!

Canada was ready to toss Alberta oil under the bus, but not Quebec supply management or the hydro they export. Lucky for us, in Saskatchewan as Oil is an important industry
    Danielle Smith spoke up.

But at some point in time we should identify who defends Ag in policy and trade.

And maybe, who defends Western Ag in national policy begins with the expectation that someone should.

For example, Bill C 293 had a very short line up in Sask.. again AB took a position on it.

Scott Moe needs to step up big time . Let Smith retain lead on oil and gas .
Moe not anyone’s first pick but the only premier in a position to stand up and take a lead . He will need help though From someone very strong within the Ag industry with a strong experienced voice
I vote you Vickie to poke Moe and get things going .
Your award recently at CPS gives you a ton of credibility.

            Ok, I did call yesterday and leave a message which appears to be the option of communication, called back again today;

Asking who is representing Western Canadian agriculture in the Tarriff discussion agriculture has cross national dependance upon free trade with the USA: factories in the USA depend on us.

I did suggest Murray Mandryk supported his silence but the support for building bridges with Premier Smith is apparent in the Sask. resource community.

We are an interdependent economy! Poking the bear is not a great strategy. And one which citizens pay in the end for.

Far as Americans not needing our oil they don’t have an abundance of diesel or jet fuel fraction falling out of their oil. Makes great gasoline though. Our oil has low paraffins and makes great diesel and asphalt. Besides, western Canada select can be had at a fairly heavy discount to west Texas, and infrastructure is there to get to mid point USA at a competitive cost comparable to Texas.
Trump stated that the US does not need Canadian oil and gas.

USA has 10X the Canadian population, then it is somehow Canada's fault the U.S. market demands what Canada produces! How childish is it for Trump to ramble on about a Canada/U.S. trade deficit! Canada doesn't have the population to create the demand to balance trade between the two nations. Grow up.

Nothing but a bully. Can you reason or negotiate with a bully?

Trump "co-author" of the book "The Art of The Deal".... I never read it!

I lack the diplomacy to be in politics, besides my conscience wouldn't let me.

Where are all the workers ( surly not there employed) come from?
                      automation
                      unemployed
usa birth rate - takes 20 years
immigration, careful what you wish for

to me it’s very clear, the usa will have, and be the worlds highest inflation.
