Funny how it's become the norm that if you're a dud in the real world and live in the right demographics you can enter into politics and have a lifelong career.
Gerry couldn't even invest or manage his own operation, why would any farmer expect him being capable of negotiating the assets or favourable dividend from the sale of the CWB be returned to the rightful stake holders (farmers).Last edited by foragefarmer; Jan 20, 2025, 08:28.

For the past 4 years we hauled canola past 3 other buyers to g3 (another 20 mins drive ) for best price and most often the only buyer at times. Spread as high as $0.50 sometimes ( $1000) a load. Guess you could say we got our dividend in advance. That shareholder statement makes good wall paper next to my lottery tickets from what I read.
