I’m all for hard labour far up north for our jail system, might even reform some of those that are repeat offenders. They have it much too good now, and have too many rights. The would have a hard time getting their drugs if it was far enough up north also. Definitely shouldn’t be able to vote.

Might be something we could contract out to China or Russia?
Las Vegas seems to pick them up and take them off to a gulag somewhere.

I still maintain we live in a bubble of our own mind's manufacture.
Organized crime? International influence? Heck, 30'000 guns from US and you're paying billions to get rid of the legal ones. Canadians need to get expand their mind. A lot.
Americans not the only narrow minded naive.

Last summer there were 4 major drug Superlabs busted most in southern BC.
One had 30,000kg of chemicals to make meth and fentanyl A tridem load?
Saw one report they had near a Billion dollars worth of inventory.
The Mexican Cartels live without prosecution in Mexico because they buy influence right to the top.
Some argue they are running the country.Last edited by shtferbrains; Feb 5, 2025, 22:11.

Why do people downplay the seriousness of this issue ??
Why spread misinformation Newguy ?
Canada has a major problem, now’s the time to fit it
Should have been dealt with years ago
like saying the “Budget will balance itself” , no worries
well now we are so far in debt , it will take decades to resolve

Absolutely guns coming into Canada is a big problem, agree, so is drugs . The coalition government has turned a blind eye to this for a decade . It’s caught up to them
But Trudeau more worried about a gun grab on law abiding Canadian gun owners than the illegal guns coming into this country.Last edited by furrowtickler; Feb 6, 2025, 09:08.
