Its mind blowing ,here in Manitoba every 5th new business is a pot shop. Combine this with the gang trade you wonder how much money is spent out there and is there enough money to support them all. Food banks, soup kitchens will never keep up.

It was reported that in BC the Horganites were dispensing free drugs en masse. Does this sound like insanity?

Canada has a major problem, now’s the time to fit it
Should have been dealt with years ago
like saying the “Budget will balance itself” , no worries
well now we are so far in debt , it will take decades to resolve
Trump was only worried about drugs coming into his country. Those are the numbers border agencies gave. Read the bottom.Looks like Canada should tell Trump to get a handle on illegal guns coming into Canada from his country.Getting to be a pattern with Trump as he threatens the EU with tariffs just before a meeting with them about trade.

Absolutely guns coming into Canada is a big problem, agree, so is drugs . The coalition government has turned a blind eye to this for a decade . It’s caught up to them
But Trudeau more worried about a gun grab on law abiding Canadian gun owners than the illegal guns coming into this country.

Borders in free countries are to stop crap from coming in. period. places like north korea have a border to keep people in, no one can leave. jusnit wants drugs and illegals here because his policies let that crap in. Trump has it backwards, kinda, if he wants to keep this stuff out its up to his border security not canadas . but canada has to step up at the airports, docks and railways and start checking everything. CBS really only cares if grandma and grandpa have an extra 26 of cheap vodka in their bags. The immigration system with all its loopholes like students, foreign workers and migrants claiming asylum, as if one needs asylum from the US, needs fixed, now.

All it took was for Trump to be in power, for our pathetic liberals to engage in partisan politics and admit that licensed hunters and gun owners aren't the problem in Canada.

And at the same time commit a self own, and admit that we have border issues.

Canada has been a free-for-all. Our tax dollars have been frittered away.

Kind of sad that Trump has to take the veil of blindness off Canadians' faces revealing Canada's contribution to the drug problem in North America. Now do money laundering.

We all know people who have died from fentanyl overdose. Too many.

Canada needs a reset. We need an election.

Talking about tariffs - Canada has a 230% tariff on dairy from the UK.

I doubt that number was pulled out of thin air.
That is likely what was required to ensure UK dairy wasn't competitive with SM dairy. Are our artificially inflated dairy prices nearly 2.5 times more expensive than UK?
