Forage, I personally believe that religion and state need to be separate. BUT, a void is created in the absence of religion. Who then holds the moral high ground.

What religion are you reffering to as filling the void of moral high ground , there are many of them in North America?

Children are taught morals by their parent at home and in public when dealing with others, besides there is no current political leader demonstrating moral high ground in any form to it's citizens.

As far as I'm concerned they have successfully eliminate all morals within Canada and the USA.

His contradictions get tiresome as does resetting the goalposts constantly. Could be a negotiating tactic or the mind of a madman. Think people have been craving stronger leadership for some time and he has given people the perception that he is a strong leader. But there is a difference between a strong leader and a strongman.

Just the fact that the U.S. identifies states as red or blue and all elected official as as either R or D , is enough con for me.
