It's the best vehicle out there.

I wonder which bands got money?

This is plows and cows money that had been previously announced.

I know a band member who received $30K from this initiative.
I also heard that if you can trace your ancestry back to the reserves that received these settlements you are also entitled. I heard applicants are coming out of the woodwork, people who haven't lived on the reservation for a generation or two and had no "real" affiliation in that time.

When will the current non-indiginous Canadian residents' bill be marked "paid in full"?

              When? Never.
We have woke associations and local councils doing the virtue signalling announcements “ ..we would like to acknowledge the unceded territory of …bla bla” even though Treaty 8 clearly says all such land has been ceded and signed off on.

Seems government "funding" of all type goes to the Bands to distribute based on the number of band members they have. The more band members the more money they get?
Many of the larger Bands have thousands living off reserve.

From a 650 CKOM report of the Agricultural Benefits paid to La Ronge Band.

"LLRIB said the $601.5 million secured for its community addresses the long-standing “cows and plows” clause of Treaty 6, resolving unfulfilled promises made by Canada to provide agricultural support."

"The band said 5,068 ballots were cast by 8,462 eligible voters aged over 18 and there was overwhelming support for the agreement, with 95 per cent of voters in favour of the settlement. LLRIB has a population of 12,395 as, of July 2024."

So 5,068 voted. "highest voter turnout in its history"
8,462 eligible voters 18 and older.
12,395 band members with possibly 7600+ living on reserve.

$601.5 million for the Chief and Council to distribute from the Agricultural Benefits.

I assume most of it will be recycled into the economy.... one way or another.

I'm not sure what kind of computer problem led you to being unable to get rid of them.

                    Must be in-laws?

Have you considered just kicking them out the old fashioned way?
                    My sympathies.
I hope you get the computer fixed soon.
