Quebec will not tolerate export taxes on its electricity so that is a non starter. thug ford keeps talking about shutting off US electricity but ontariowe only dumps power there when load shedding. This is the brainchild of RFK , he believes and has stated that they will turn most US farms into regenerative farming practices.
