Here goes:they should sell grain for good prices,so damn good that they would have no problem acquiring the grain from farmers.
I realize this is totally contrary to what they have always done,which is to sell grain for whatever,and then rely
on compulsion to get ahold of it.
Come to think of it,itis probably the only thing that WILL work in a free market.
But perhaps they cannot run their own business.They just want to run yours.
