If corn keeps going up what feed grain will be next in line for american beef,hog and poultry producers?

Can oats,barley and wheat be put threw all these animals?

Yes to all. US winter wheat regularly gets substituted during the summer (cheap wheat at harvest time versus corn in the middle of its growing season/carry built into prices until harvest). Tighter grain supplies will send US feedgrain buyers north.
