Unconfirmed reports this morning out of Ottawa are saying that in a stunning turn of events the Minister of Agriculture Chuck Strahl will announced tomorrow that he is setting aside the results of the recently announced vote results on barley marketing under the Canadian Wheat Board. The Minister is also said to be considering whether or not to go ahead with expanding the Canadian Wheat boards mandate and scope of operations to allow the Wheat board to market all grains and oilseeds produced in the western provinces of Canada.
