Chuck if the frost that's happening this Easter weekend in the USA is a reality their winter crop could be cut in third and its just spring. In Canada most farmers are so sick and tired of the CWB bull---- that they are dropping HRS from their rotation.(at all local plants hardly any hrs cleaned this winter yet) So could HRS be the sleeper for 2007 I feel it could plus. Yes lots of winter wheat went into the ground in lots of places but the USA loss could be gain for rest of us. Its also just April with lots of time for the crop to be damaged.
Now why should we vote on CWB well its simple they couldn't achieve a price premium for last years crop, you know they probably screwed this crop up so lets let the market work but we wont get that pay day without the CWB being gone.
