SELL IT OR SMELL IT GENTS. Meanwhile watch the germ, it may go South on you's guys, that hold it to long. Malt barley cannot be kept year after year. You experts should realize that, or is it that you've never actually grown/sold any malt???? Bet if you did, it was the best quality, most sought after grain that ever came to market, and fetched an outrageous return!!!!!!!!!!!!
