Rain Again this morning and Frost last week.

Crops and Gardens took a sh-- kicking the last week. First saturated soils got wetter and whats up got kicked with two days cold overnight temps at below zero.
Every thing in garden is done except for celery? corn gone potatoes burnt off and cucumbers dead.
Just plugged the conveyor with fert so kind of pi--ed with the weather.
Looked like showers were over then it just poured again.
    Hows every one else doing.
Seeding wise we got to 90% yesterday.
But it looks like a custom job is coming after were done seeding 10 more Quarters.

Yup, more rain. Still at 0% seeded. I'm leaving a field of volunteer canola, which has not a bad plant distribution and population. It was chem-fallow. No one has moved since the 18th of may. At least the winter wheat looks all right. Never really froze hard here. way too cloudy all the time .

2" on the 23rd in Rose Vallley area. Little field work done since then. Wetter than April 29. What a mess the fields are. About half done in the area. A tenth yesterday. How bad was it in the heavy rain in North Battleford yesterday? 41mm in a couple hours.

Got to 93 percent. Rain here but only .5 inches so if it does not rain much today then can get back at it and finish tomorrow. Actaully still planning to plant the SWSW yet which is later maturing. Have it treated from 2 weeks ago. Good thing is that these last acres is fresh hog manure and can disconnect the midrow banders and the anhydrous tank.
Couldn't get out to the field to see what kind of job they did, but won't be surprised if ruts everywhere. Might as well go there with the cultivator first, thing is the road is muddier than the field.
