How is a supplier of 15 to 20% (Canada) of a market get compared to a supplier of 75% (OPEC) of a market?
Even at as much of the market that Opec supplies they do not contol the buyer. Therefore they have similar issues as Canada around serving their buyer.
How does this 15 to 20% supplier command some one who has choices?
They don’t. They work to understand the need and try to serve it.
