      The CWB has a planned trading strategy.... it is time/volume based.... on expected crop to be marketed from what we can understand.

      I don't believe it is 'technical' in the sense you were asking the question about.

        Answer to your question in on page 43 of the 2006/07 CWB annual report. I
        suspect the CWB risk management area would use technical signals to place their
        hedges but simply a timing issue/not major changes to how they do things.
