Did you know the CWB managers etc. are getting paid a bonus to put us 'detractors' in our place?

Just as Washington borrowing trillions... seems like an unbelievable march towards the 'BIG RESET BUTTON'... how about what CWB managers have just done?

We need to make our own year end special Fransisco... to celebrate all the CWB has done for us in 2008!

Too Bad Bonnie... the CWB wasn't a private corporation... you didn't calculate that into the formula!!!

Here goes the CWB 07-08 performance

The more the CWB managers... can discount our wheat... of course to make the 'customer' happy (to get th extra 20 bonus points)... and convince we slaves in the 'designated area' that CWB PRO's are fair prices[worth another 20 bonus points] (even though the 'target pricing pace' and PPO levels are at $100/t discounted basis/priced levels... [worth some 35 bonus points in this ponzi scheme]

Added on top that 'discretionary' losses of a couple of hundred million $$$... simply caused a small distraction... caused because the CWB sold early last pool year... and then bought back at the top of the market last winter... [which is all within our tolerance levels of the 'single desk' and contingency fund financial capacities] ... then rode losses all the way down...

That These brilliant CWB managers moves are be rewarded with freshly elected and minted 'single desk' directors...[more bonus points] WHY shouldn't CWB managers be receiving up to 30% bonuses... for such brilliant mismanagement of my families money and farm!!!!?

Wow... Franny... the world is truly spinning as it should... we and the CWB... equally as messed up as the US/FED & government!

They get a 30% bonus... to spend your's and my money... to spin (if they can convince the majority of we 'designated area' slaves who vote for this ponzi scheme) that the 'single desk' is our saviour.

Have you not noticed all the radio commercials... newspaper articles... praising the glad tidings and saving graces of the CWB?

Having said that as soon as I see a CWB logo on an ad I just ignore the whole thing entirely. My guess is that most farmers do the same.

Why do we react this way?

It is criminal that the Federal Court... gives the CWB... Charter of Rights and Freedoms... and fails to protect the Charter Rights of the grain growers the Charter was enacted to protect in the first place!

Why don't we require the 'Notwithstanding Clause' be used on the CWB... to protect our rights?

If the CWB traders were able to make more money by the prices that they were able to sell, I think that they would do a better job getting prices because they currently have no incentive to do so. They would however be subject to the international prices just like us farmers.

The problem is this;

The PRO... sets the largest parameters of the system... that pays the sales folks their bonus.

If these folks can convince 'designated area' wheat and barley growers... that a PRo $100/t below the market value... is a fair price... Bingo... they are in the clover!

And gross grain revenue does not equal profit for my farm... but it does determine the setup for the variable pay for CWB pay grade.

Bonnie Dupont is just plain WRONG. AND so were the CWB directors who put the new paygrade system in place.

The 'single desk' is a license to print money for the CWB managers... it is corrupt, wrong, and immoral.

When the average Canadian hears what they have done... these guys are TOAST.

DO the CWB managers... really think they can steal $100/t... for 2 years straight... going on into a third... and pay a huge bonus to themselves... and get away with it?

SO FAR... they (CWB'ers) have... it is OUR JOB... to pry our money BACK... out of their sweaty fingers!
