Looks like the BS out of the Potash corps mouth might come to an end. Today china announced that as of Friday the worlds largest potash find was in China. So I guess they wont be importing as much of our over priced product.
Hm the CEO maybe should quit BS'ing his investors and start running his company.

Today their share value dropped 8%. Also Monsanto had a bad day. Seems the market is realizing that when primary producer isn't getting paid for his product he will cut back on all products and no matter how the companies spin it the Market does know better.

Transparency and choice. The internet is a wicked tool for that.

The disparity in prices across western Canada on canola and oats is never as great as it is within fertilizer. You can find bids for grains all over the Net and transportation costs are usually the mitigating factor for prices.

With fert - you can find export/import prices but next to nil for local pricing and transportation costs don't add up to the $140.00/MT differences within 200-300 miles.
