I believe that innovation at the CWB is very flexible when dealing with organic growers... they even cash bought wheat in the middle of the most volatile market in history... and did export licenses on demand for these folks. The statements say the CWB managers only lost $.50/t. NO doubt they can fill the need for 'innovation'.
Isn't that a strange thought.
