    CEO to appear on BNN shortly. They are upping their bid for CF industries. So how will this takeover be good for their customers and ag in general? Where is the Federal Ag minister? Should this consolodation be of concern to the competition bureau?

    Yes, it probably should be. The fertilizer industry doesn't have a lot of competition.
