Somewhere in these threads, there was a question about getting overnight precipitaition levels. I looked into this and was told the following:
Environment Canada copyright's the daily data and sells. Buyers of the data can not redistribute daily data for select weather stations.
The closest information is probably Environment Canada's site that has weekly data graphs. However, you'll see that it only has for one-two cities on the prairies.
