Does Curt Denisuik have Duty of Care to the CWB or MGEX

    Good Morning AVers,

When the Board of Directors of the Minneapolis Grain Exchange reappointed the CWB's employee working in commodity risk management as a Public Director again (even going back to 2001,)did anyone? anyonr? see an announcement put out BY THE CWB?

The CWB's employee's name is Curt Denisuik. He's the guy you want to finger for info for what really happened on 08 MGEX. He helped plan the happenings. He's on the B of D of the MGEX and you can't get any closer to realtimne MGEX info than that!

    Here's the REAL question:

DOES Curt Denisuik have a LEGAL duty of care FIRST to...

    1. the MGEX as a director
    or
    2. to the CW as an employee?

    1. Who pays him the most?
    2. Was he accountable at the CWB accountability meetings? If not, why not? He was the farmers' risk manager at the CWB and he had alllllllllllll your pooling accounts in in his blackberry, right?

    click.

3.In the 08 fiasco pooling accounts/contingency accounts fiasco, who lost the most money and who made the most money which passed through the MGEX in 08? Pars

    Stubblejumper,

Would you have approvd if Jim Chatenay had been appointed a Director on the Minneaopolis Grain Exchange, while he was a Wheat Board director?

And stubble, and wilagro, is Denssuik working FIRST for Minneapolis or for the Wheat Board? Which one in your opinion? Just curious! Pars
