Very interesting to see where the colonies send their donation money.

So if candidates that had shortfalls like in district 2 ( Nielson) were winners does the shortfall come out of our ppo's or the pools
As you can clearly see from the reports call display does pay for itself.....

Hutterites are pro-cwb because they will have to pay more for the feed wheat and feed barley that they buy.

What happens to incumbent candidates that use the CWB logo in violation of the code of conduct during the election?

One other thought on why some colonies are pro-CWB. Many colonies make serious profit on supply managed products such as chicken, eggs and milk. I think they relate any possible demise of the CWB to a further demise of supply management as well. Lump this in with buying cheaper feed and one can see that the almighty $ is speaking louder to them than any relationship between religious freedom and marketing freedom.

Don't forget the all expense paid cwb trips/drinking festivals for those who are looking for that sort of thing.

I am glad to see that nobody I would know showed up on the pro cwb donation list of district 2. But it does make me wonder how much "out of district" money came into that campaign (other than the obvious group donations)? I noticed one name showed up in two different districts.

Too bad the choice people couldn't get together and decide to run only one candidate next time around and quit splitting the vote.

The vote splitting didn't seem to hurt Flaman who only spent like $1600 came in late and still won.

There is no vote splitting with a preferential ballot. The Winner has to achieve 50.1% to win.

Not 30% like in federal or provincial elections.

would think Mr's Ritz and Anderson will want their donations back seeing the candidates did not win.
