My 06 hemp will finely be gone in one mounth. Not to the guy i contracted it with. This person is buying 06 crop now from growers in my area because he is out of 07 and 08 hemp. Talk about breaching contracts. I can tell you a lot of bizzare stories about this buyer. Got screwed on my 05 also. BEWARE of who you deal with.

Anybody looking to buy a hemp belt for a JD combine?

I'm still sitting on 06 hemp production as well. This was supposed to be Crag for seed. Still waiting. Need some? Just kidding. Do you mind telling who bought it, or who didn't live up to their contracts? I know every hemp producer here (S. AB.) had carryover. Most of it dribbling out now.

The buyer is in SE AB. He bought a little bit from from my area in MB right before last harvest. Started to buy some now as he is looking for growers for the upcoming year. Phoneing everybody includeing me. No one is going to grow it for him for the fact that he contracted some last year and bought the seed from a couple of guys from here. Totaly unfair. 06 he contracted major acers here in mb. Screwed alot of people. If this guy was in the illegal hemp trade he would have been shot long time ago. Not only is this rebel goeing to have a hard time finding growers, he may find a few past ones may band together and challenge him in court. Was told by a v good lawyer in winnipeg it was a slam dunck case for him if he breached his contracts. The judge would not care what he had to say. Not only would he have to satisfy them but also pay intrest and storeage. I see trouble down the road for him that is why i say ;beware of your buyer;...
