Well the 20th of May will be here tomorrow how is seeding going.

Well tomorrow is the 20th of May and I just wondered how every one is doing seeding.
We had a week of funny weather, First one hot day then three cold. followed by one beautiful day and then three cold.
Spraying is virtually non existence. We hit the 60% mark but nothing is up yet.
Still the 1000 of custom and you guessed it oats on oats.

I finished yesterday (18th) but I only do 970 acres. This is in NE Sask. Barley was first on the 6th of May. I checked last night and it is up enough to see the rows on the headlands. Looks like it won't get a burnoff.

Passed you Sask. I am at 61 percent this morning but I suppose you passed me again since I am switching to canola and not going yet. Just the Canola left.

Missing showers here, anyone get rain today? 60% done also, canola left. Fields are just borderline, wet and cold. Hoping packers don't pick up canola. Couple of nights near zero yet in the forecast.

Should finish Thursday, ground is cold but have some peas and canola up...so things are still germinating.

we have been shut down for a couple of days due to winter like weather here in the Peace....very little crop up, some guys are getting close to finnished...we are 2/3 of spring seeded crops. winter wheat is slow to come and more winter kill than normal...we need the moisture on some of the land, but would prefer warm weather and rain....good luck to all

Well my drill is not going to move with a connecting rod sticking out the side of the tractor motor. Anyone know of a 535hp tractor anywhere, preferably new, any make. Crap I damn near traded this one off this spring.

Actually a 9882 new holland would work but I just spent 22,000 on the transmission and now the connecting rod is sticking outside Oh did I mention that was a 9882.

o% seeded and still raining. Also getting worried my helper i lined up might find another job. Good news, finely moved my 06 hemp. Now if i can get paid for my 06 timothy hay i would be very happy. For me growing crops and not getting paid is alot worse than not being able to seed some land because it is to wet.
