    Rain totals

Rained all the way home from Jackfish Lake to Saskatoon this afternoon. North Battleford and Saskatoon looked like an inch but I am just guessing.

Anyone else got totals so far?

Glen MacDonald farms in the Elrose area, about 150 kilometres southwest of Saskatoon. By late Sunday afternoon . . . his farm had received an inch-and-a-half of precipitation. (approximately 40 millimeters) Up until that point, MacDonald estimates his farm had only picked up 2/10ths an inch of rain in spotty showers since seeding.

The big zero at Camrose. We were to St. Paul today and it did rain the whole way north of Veg and back. Veg south and home: not a drop.

Over 2 in, 1st real rain from the rain snow in mid may. Too late for the winter wheat but despertly needed. Need lots of Heat units now to catch up.

Larry, maybe your buddy 'Drew'? was right. Most central and northern Alberta missed this though. I hope you get your fill very soon. I still on snappy if you are too much of 50 bus canola country is past recovery. I will peg the '09 canola crop at 27 bus/ac at 15.1 mill acres if it don't freeze.

2" 4/10, super rain. Sorry to the guys that missed it.

I would definitley be sold out of old crop canola, and have some new locked in. She's going to get ugly into the Summer early fall. Seasonally we should be tipping over.

Speaking of the rain, is there anybody in Sask or Alta that also had 0 precipitation out of this?? And for those that did get rain does this turn you to a bumper, or just save what you have??
