    Simpsons

When i read stuff like this i always think of that simpsons episode where Homer invents the "everything is ok alarm" and a loud siren goes off all the time and if it stops then somethings wrong, then he shoots marge in the face with a makeup shotgun.

Going to be some rough rides. An unmanageable operating loan or advance will wipe out some farmers overnight when interest rates pop up like maple bugs do in the fall. imho Pars

Stupid is as stupid does. Can't believe my taxes are going to pay for this.

        Come to saskaboom dalek.

The province is considering building a three hundred million dollar dome stadium for the riders.

Sounds like a good idea until you drive down some of our highways and think hmm..maybe we need money for this to,what about the provincial debt?,what about that billion dollar nuclear reactor, what about our unfunded liabilities..oh well we'll just borrow the money and let our children pay it off, after all there is an entire 1million people here now.

Cottonpicken.... the media excitement for a domed
stadium is indicative of the urbanization of this
          Country ... including our Province.

It was clear to me a few years ago when Minister
Doreen Hamilton replied to a question regarding
the condition of our secondary highways.

She responded there was more traffic in her alley
          than on these roads!

Do you think a new stadium would be on the radar
          without the revenues/royalties from agriculture,
          resources, tourism, small businesses, etc.?

Parsley.... in the current environment, perspectives
without any indication of targets and time lines are
          largely disregarded.

What do you foresee as unbearable interest and
          when?

I ask you because the cost of lost opportunity can
          be very high.

BTW.... even a stopped clock is correct twice a
          day!... lol.... Bill

Parsley.... I should have asked you what "pop up like
maple bugs in the fall" is in numbers...... 5%?.. 10%?...
            15%?... 30%?

If the maple bugs in our yard are any indication, I
would relate your comment to 50%!..lol... Bill
