Mobile Internet: Tablets, IPAD Vs BB Playbook Video Review.

Has anyone bought a BB Playbook and tethered it to their Blackberry for internet connect while out in the field?

I am interested in what the performance it like.

sorry for taking so long to reply but
ive been hoping my playbook would get
better.
bridging was painfully slow with my
BB Tour so i upgraded to a Bold 9780
hoping the new gsm network would help.
it still sucked in bridge mode.
tethering using my bold as a modem is
pretty fast so i cancelled my aircard
and bumped up my phone internet usage.
if i have to use my laptop i can still
use my bold as a modem but the playbook
is decent for road use.
it is an unfinished product though, no
spell check yet, not many useful apps,
no netflix.
it might not be fair to compare it to my
wifes ipad but unless you are a hardcore
Rim junkie i suggest anybody wait
another month or so before buying.
(dont get me wrong, it has potential to
be awesome when it is a more complete
product and i dont regret it. i tether
to my phone for internet on a tablet
without a seperate data package or get
free wifi whereever its available)
