Programs to make banner gifs for my website

I am looking for a program to make animated banner gifs in order to sell advertising on my website. Can I get some names?

Hi Rain...I just did a Google search using 'banner gifs' and literally hundreds of sites. Some sell banner gifs and others are free. www.gifworks.com allows you to modify samples or upload your own to edit. Anyway, a search of the web will turn up something for you.
