Hello, all! Our company 1000EcoFarms is looking for a few farmers to join and help advance our online marketplace and community for fresh local food. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive set of tools that farmers can use to market and sell their products via the Internet. We want to make it easier for consumers - both local and remote (if your products allow it) - to find fresh, natural food using modern technology - Internet, smartphones, social media, etc. The platform itself is free to use - both to create a custom farm profile, and to list products for sale. We charge a small (between 2.5% and 4.9%) commission for completed sales only. We are working with a number of farmers already - mostly on the East Coast (Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania), but are looking for a few more so that we could grow and succeed together.
