After today, our clock is set back to normal - first week in May. Finally some moisture although most in the trees, fence lines and ditches.

Just got three inches of rain last week. I've taken to measuring between the drops to make my self feel better. The soil moisture situation isn't as bad as I was expecting. Anywhere from down 2" on the hilltops to just below the trash cover. All the conditions say its time to start just not my calendar. Probably start between the 26th and the end of the month just like most years.
