Russian Wild Ryegrass seed

My neighbour has been trying to find a supplier for about 100 lb. of Russian Wild Rye-grass but has had no luck so far.

He lives in East-Central AB and he would like to try it here to see how it would work for a perennial pasture.

Anyone have any experience with this?
