Seed treatment on canola and emergence problems

Is anybody else out there having trouble with their canola getting out of the ground.
Ours is dampening off. It is not wet here but we did seed into moisture at about 3/4 of an inch. My concern is the seed treatment that I used. Did it work? Anything seeded on or before May 14 is terrible. After that it gets better the farther away from May 14 that I got. The treatment that I used is doing a great job on flea beatles. That is on any canola that made it out of the ground. My neighbor used Foundation lite on his canola. He is having trouble with flea beatles but his emergence is great. He is the only one in my area with earlier seeded canola that looks good. He is also the only one I know of that used a different seed treatment. There are thousands of acres in trouble in my area. Is anybody else seeing what I am seeing. I am from eastcentral Saskatchewan.

Saw your message and funny thing it is almost the very same thing with my canola except for one thing. I didn't use any seed treatment. Anything seeded before May 13th is bad, after is so so. Not sure if I will have to reseed or not. I think the ground was too cold the first two weeks of May. Normally we seed canola the first week of May and have great emergance.
