We'll it seems all crop is off! Ha ha ha ha!
We're down to 80 acres of soy.
The soy will average out the same as a 50 bus
pea crop at today's price. Not bad but have come
to the reality that soy will replace peas eventually
not canola!
I see a wheat canola soy and corn rotation
eventually.
In our area still oats out and canola and odd flax.
Most finished l
Just hours before last Saturdays snow that hit our
area.
The snow finally left late yesterday and we might
get the beans Saturday before all he'll breaks free
next week!
Very little fall work took place because of the
snow. Spraying is done!
Logistically this crop will take some planning to
move by next august. They are already squeaking
about tough grain and low protein!
Overall it was a decent crop! Yes I said decent!
The real thrill is getting back full quarters. End to
end so a winter with no moisture would be just
awesome!
Have a great fall/winter and let's market this
sucker because without a good plan they will
crush you!
