If your looking for just fusarium counts, SGS or CGC or Intertek. CGC doesn't do a cheap and easy Vomitoxin/DON test but the others do kinda a quick test(name anyone?) The whole grade and falling number test doesn't cost that much. Worth it.
I would think turn around times would be fairly quick this time of year, maybe a couple of days from when they receive it. Get results faxed or emailed if your in a hurry.
Good luck with the results.

If it is just fus count shouldn't elevator be able to do that? It IS a grading factor.
Or better yet you can do that yourself. Proper procedure is in the grain grading guide.
If you want special test for vomi/don any seed cleaner should know who to send it to.

You guys are kidding right? Seed fusarium testing is allot different than counting out visually damaged kernels for grading. They actually grow it in a dish and count out the kernels that have the fusarium fungus growing on them. You can't see fungus it is microscopic! Also infected seed can have very low germination. Discovery seed labs does the tests out of Saskatoon. Seed treatment will be needed this year on even the best seed. Turn around is a couple of weeks. If your buying seed make sure you ask to see the reports from the seed lab.

I saw the words grain testing not seed testing. Good example of assuming.....
Depends what SDG is looking for.
