    did anyone have any chem damage with this variety and if you did, how did you end up settling with proven seeds.

    There were lots of fields everywhere where 45A77 appeared to be injured.Proven has settled with most farmers paying them what they estimated the damage to be (in bushels per acre). Our field had a different variety (SWP variety) as a good comparison.
