    Copeland barley

    I am thinking about growing some copeland barley under contract this coming year and am looking for feedback on the variety, both pro and con.

    I don't know much about the variety, except to say that most new varieties are pretty good, but you also have to pay dearly for them.

    Have you had luck with malt production? Have you been treated fairly with good movement opportunites, etc? I'm just asking because I'm thinking of doing some malt in 04.
