our victory went 52 and our 111 averaged 40. I am happy with IMC, but not with Cargill's program for next year.

IMC ran 30 while our OP clearfields and RR ran 35. The IMC was a heavy swath with stems like tree trunks, tough to harvest. Was happy this year.

I agree that IMC does not look promising for 06, premiums are down. Looks like the only place it makes sense to grow it is in 50 mile radius of Clavet.

According to Cargill they were a little too generous on pricing in 05.
Freight killed them from trucking. So now they have taken the premium off and just offer basis program. Quite frankly the basis offered sucks. I can do better elsewhere.
They counter with growing the new higher yielding hybrids, this will offset premiums.
So the closer you are to the plant the better price.
Being 200 miles away. I will not be participating.
