I have been doing some research into the uses of rotary harrows on our farm. On challenge we face is controlling kochia in filed peas. I found some research showing that peas are very tolerant to in-crop harrowing and that kochia can be easilly killed by a rotary harrow (them let Odyssey control the rest of the weeds). Has anyone had any experience with rotary harrow's? I have researched the Phillips and Phoenix. Any pros and cons on either one.

I would be worried about harrowing peas. My agrologist does not even let me roll my peas once they are above the furrow.
Using your harrows to incorporate Edge would be a better plan.
Also I heard that in your burn-off using 4 grams of express 1 L of glypos.
This should let your peas get off to a good start with less risk to the plant.
