What's with this variety? Spose to be sawfly resistant, but mine is falling over worse than a non resistant variety. So bad in fact that I am swathing. The stems are hollow & sawfly are tunneling through to the ground. Anyone else seeing sawfly damage with this variety?

Hello wedino,
See the same, CDC go on irrigation leaned some, yield 95-100 bushel, Lillian beside did go flat on its nose, does 65-70. Nice kernel, but very week straw. I do not believe mine is laying because of sawfly and I have heard that the secendary stems are most of the times are hollow and not sawfly resistend.
