cleaning furarium equipment

I just got some used technotill packers from southeastern sask, the guy mentioned he couldnt grow CWB grains as the fursarium levels were way to high in his area. While driving home I thought about the straw and dirt hung up in the spring assemblies.
How should I clean these things? Bleach, steam? Heat?
At least I thought of it before they were bolted on to the seeder.

Ron you sound like your from Alberta.
You guys have fusarium to its just more prevalent where it rains lots Southern Manitoba and eastern Saskatchewan.
Go seed its not hung up on the packers.
