    Dry enough to seed

I was out on the quad yesterday and it looks like I can get on the field. Finally.
What now, chem fallow? Cultivate? Seed barley for silage/greenfeed? Recreational Hemp?
I will probably give it a shot of RUP and harrow it, cultivate out the ruts and wait for fall to seed winter wheat?

Ron, sounds like you didn't get any polish in? Me neither, it rained 2 inches the evening before seeding. I am planning to ru, light cult., harrow, and seed either rye or triticale this fall, it is second year summerfallow, so there will be no stubble left to catch snow, and this year in winter wheat that mattered. apparently triticale has a hardiness between rye and winter wheat, so it should do better on stubbleless land.
My inputs will be seed, starter fert, and a cheap shot of broadleaf chemical. My WW grown this year on two year chem fallow is poor due to flooding, but is certainly not lacking N where is is good in a few areas.
