Post Your Canola Yields and Varieties Here....Producer Results Only.

With all of the terrific yield monitoring equipment in the combines now....we should be able to get some good production scale yield data...I suggest that you post your canola yields, number of acres and what yields you achieved with each canola variety...thanks,

    Joe

We had 45H26 side by side with V1036 on one half section.
      45H26 net delivered - 41.5 bus/ac
      V1036 in the bin - 29 bus/ac
      155 ac each

We also had 45H28 run 58 bus/ac on chem fallow, and 34 bus/ac on pea stb(65%hail).

We had hail on about 2/3 or our canola crop so yeilds were all over the place. 45 on one side of the feild and 28 on the other.

The invigours did well where the weed presure was low, DKL 71-45 did well(low disease presure here this year).

I saw the canola council trials yesterday
            5440 beat everything this year

            71-45 97%
            45h26 99%
            45h28 100%
            5020 105%
            5030 105%
            8440 108%
            5440 109%

The differences were more pronounced in the long season zones than the short.
