My 1035 did 40 average over 1350 acres. Good quality dry seed.
Don't have any other varieties to compare to on my farm. The stubble is not nice looking and I will need dry planting weather to get through it, I planted a bit too shallow and the crop came up thin in places later germinating plants seemed to dissappear,but crop stooled out well, then had premature ripenning so not really sure where the yield came from. Have chosen the Invigor health 1141 for next year. Because I don't like to deal with Round up resistant canola weeds. The later month basis contracts are now better also for 09 planting season with the early months entirely unattractive I thought.
One bad thing is they are only taking 29 bushels per acre from me. The rest I must market as regular canola with no basis advantage.
