    If Canada trades the Marketing Boards off for WTO spprovsl we coulf lose the quota system. So far, Canada is holding firm on present policy.

            yes the quota has to go !
            look at Montana milk 2 $ a 4 liter less than alb ! Canada .
            Europa lost the milk quota and price came down at store .
