There was one here recently around leask, just wondering if anyone knows how it went, what kind of land was it? Sometimes you get land with good assessments that you wonder how they came to that number because just by looking at it it looks rough and then you will get stuff with a low assessment that looks good and produces good. Just something I have noticed.

It is on Ritchie auction results. Looks like a lump sum payment for the three years. If so most went for just under $50 per claimed cultivated acre but a couple of the parcels were in the $30 per cultivated acre range. Seems fairly reasonable for medium quality ground.

I would of guessed lease was for all 3 years as well, good for the landlord.
